What is CrossFit?
The goal of CrossFit is to cross cardio training (aerobic) with strength training (anaerobic –physical exercise used by athletes to promote strength, speed and power). Simply put, CrossFit utilizes the body’s natural motion through a wide range of exercises to get you into the best shape of your life—and keep you there. While we follow some of the conventional ways of bringing your body where it needs to be, we admit that our unconventional ways, are far more effective. And surprisingly, far more entertaining.
Our CrossFit classes are available daily and we incorporate this dynamic form of exercise in all our personal training sessions, adapted to the client’s specific training goal.
